Jutta Hagenmüller began her professional career as a personnel consultant at a renowned international consulting company. Over the course of 10 years, most recently as a partner, she advised companies from the automotive, pharmaceuticals, and machine and plant construction industries when it came to filling managerial positions within Germany and abroad. She was also involved in establishing the German national subsidiary. As a freelance personnel consultant, Jutta Hagenmüller has been working for large and medium-sized companies, both nationally and Internationally, for over 25 years. Her focus lies on executive search and various methods of recruiting personnel, whether it be for management positions or for specialists. She also advises and coaches executives when it comes to their professional career development. Jutta is a founding member in the international network for cross-cultural consultancy, “The Bridge.”
Before her career in personnel consulting, Jutta Hagenmüller worked for various industrial and retail companies in the USA and Europe, among others as a managing director in the electrical industry.
Her industry specialties: Companies from the railway industry, the automobile and automotive supply industry and machine/plant construction.

Dr.-Ing. Manfred Lerch
As part of his career as a technical officer, Dr. Manfred Lerch studied aerospace engineering at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich.
After graduating, he began his industrial career in 1990. Over the course of 20 years, he bore managerial responsibility in medium-sized family companies and corporate groups, predominantly as chief executive and member of the board in the machine and plant construction, technical infrastructure, telecommunications and security technology industries. His professional experience comprises all areas of the value-creation chain in industrial companies, as well as tapping into and developing international markets – particularly Europe, the Middle East, China, India, Korea, and Turkey.
His industry specialties lie in the fields of railways – rolling stock, infrastructured operating companies – machine and plant construction and in telecommunications and security technology.
